3) Gentle Neck Stretches:

    • Sit or stand comfortably.
    • Slowly tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder.
    • Hold for a few seconds and then switch to the other side.
    • Repeat 5-10 times on each side.

4) Ankle Circles:

      • Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor.
      • Lift one foot and rotate your ankle in a circular motion.
      • Repeat in the opposite direction.
      • Perform 10-15 circles in each direction, then switch to the other ankle.
