Exercise is known to be important for people with diabetes, and the United States National Institutes of Health recommends 150 minutes of aerobic exercise every week.
Here, the specialized and certified diabetes care and education nurses at the Cleveland Clinic, Sue Coty and Andrea Harris, identified five of the best exercises a diabetes patient should exercise, explaining their benefits and the amount of time needed to exercise.
She said people with diabetes should try to get used to doing the following exercises regularly, stressing that she will give them maximum benefits and help them control the disease.
They were easy exercises to include in a patient’s daily programme, noting that it is the best exercise that a person enjoys and exercises safely.
1.Walk

Anyone can practice walking almost anywhere; This exercise remains the most common and highly recommended exercise for diabetics.Spending 30 minutes on a brisk walk 5 times a week is an excellent way to increase physical activity, and walking can be divided into 10-minute classes, performed three times a day.
